What are the team members like?
Everyone has such strong personalities and unique characters — they're really fun people（笑）. But despite that, everyone shares one thing in common: a deep respect for the president. That’s what creates the strong bond within the team.
What is the biggest difference compared to your previous job?
Definitely the salary. I’m now earning more than double what I used to, and my quality of life has completely changed. The harder I work, the more directly it reflects in my income, which gives me real financial freedom.
Who would you recommend this company to?
Someone with strong communication skills and a real desire to earn money. There’s no need to hold back here. Your growth depends entirely on your effort and motivation, so I’d especially recommend it to ambitious, hungry people.

How comfortable is the work environment?
The age range here is broad, from people in their 20s to 40s, so sometimes there’s a bit of a generation gap（笑）. But everyone here is a professional when it comes to customer service, so people get along regardless of age. It’s a very comfortable workplace.
What kind of members are there?
